We are a Pet-Friendly Community! We are pleased to accept cats and dogs. The pet non-refundable fee for 1 pet is $350 and $35 pet rent. $150 for an additional pet and $25 pet rent. The following non-traditional pets ARE allowed: turtles, non-poisonous frogs, domestic hamsters, hermit crabs, gerbils, small domesticated birds, and domestic fish.
