    Whole house available only 2 blocks away from Mayo Clinic and Methodist Hospital. The subway system is only a block away and once in it, you are able to travel all the downtown locations without going outside. It's currently unfurnished house and we can furnish it if the resident wants it furnished. There is plenty of street parking which requires a permit from Rochester City Hall ($30/year + $8 app fee). If you want off-street parking, it's an extra $100/month. There is a free washer/dryer in the house. There is no application fee.
