    The Tide is a warm hidden gem of a community found in St. Charles, nestled right between famed Historic Main Street and bustling New Town. We offer charming apartments that are just a short drive from both staples of St. Charles living. The property is tucked away off Route 94 on its own no-outlet road so you won't have to worry about constant through traffic. There is nearby access to MO-370 for an easy commute east or west, and there are also retail and food establishments just a couple minutes away from us for essential household needs or something quick to eat. The Tide has a variety of one bedroom and two bedroom garden-style apartments, as well as two bedroom townhomes. Options range from 1bed/1baths to 2bed/2.5baths. All apartments feature drive-to-door convenience and free surface lot parking, plenty of closet space, and wide open green space. We're a pet-friendly community as well, with waste stations dotted around to help keep the grounds clean. All residents are able to take advantage of the community pool located behind the leasing office. Additionally, there is a small computer room available during normal business hours. Onsite laundry facilities are available in the leasing office and within the 625 and 725 building. Pending availability, storage units are rentable as well. All occupants over the age of 18 must submit an application. Application fee is $55/applicant. We will conduct a criminal, credit, and background check as well as verify employment and residency. We would require all occupants to make 3 times the monthly rental amount in gross income, collectively. A 600 FICO2 or higher credit score is required, and the score is pulled from Experian. No evictions on record and no bankruptcies in the last seven years. If you do not qualify, you may have a cosigner apply, provided they meet all the requirements.
