Property
The building is beautiful. Lovely art deco vibes. Seems peaceful, although I was there mid-morning so I assume most were at work. Clean and well kept-looking as soon as you step in the lobby. Secure entry way. The basement was large and spacious. I really did like the property, the negative for me is the area outside the property. If you don't know the area, getting to the parking lot is very challenging. The vacant building across the street is not avoidable. For rent they want, clearly this property is meant for doctors on call.
