    What's special

    Studio apartmentsHistoric building
Welcome to The Fremont, a seven-story historic building in the heart of St. Louis. The Fremont consists of studio apartments, ideal for one or maybe two people (if the two people are fine sharing close quarters). The rental price includes appliances, heat, air conditioning and all appliances except internet. The building is served by its original 100-year-old elevator and stairs. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or anywhere on the premises. On-site laundry room. For an additional fee, parking may be available in a numbered spot adjacent to the building. This is a great location to be car-free. Across the street is Schnucks, a full-service supermarket. Whole Foods and Fresh Thyme are within walking distance. Walk to SLU, Grand Center, IKEA, City Foundry, Cortex, and the heart of the Central West End. Numerious restaurants, coffee houses, shopping, pharmacies and entertainment are near by. Public transit is right outside the front door, with direct connection to Metrolink, the city's regional rail service.
