Our qualifications are as follows: * Must complete a background check cost $75.00 for the first person and $75.00 for each additional person. *Note: MVPm pays $45 per person per check. The additional money helps defer the expense of the labor in the coordination of the leasing activity. * Verifiable monthly gross income must be at least 3 times the monthly rent. *Applicant must: * Be in the United States lawfully. * Not be wanted by any Law Enforcement Agency. * Be above age 18. * Have photographic proof of identification from an approved government agency at time of application and lease signing. * Not have engaged in any Felony within the past 7 years in which such person was guilty of a crime in which another person was harmed intentionally or otherwise. * Have no Bankruptcy in the last 5 years * NO evictions (see below for evictions) If tenant(s) meet the above qualifications, leasing security deposits are determined as follows based on credit scores: 625 and higher 1 month security deposit (SD) 575 624 1.5 months (SD) Below 574 - 2 months (SD)
