Featuring amenities like two club rooms, outdoor pool, conference rooms, fitness center, yoga studio, and an on-site restaurant and brewery. Our Studio, 1, and 2 bedroom floorplans are sure to please! ** The price shown is Base Rent. Residents are required to pay: a one-time application fee ($50 per applicant), one-time administration fee ($200 per unit), one-time security deposit ($300 or more, refundable). Optional fees include: monthly Parking ($50 to $100), monthly Garage Rental ($150 to $175), Renter's Insurance Premium ($10.75 to $14.50 - or your own plan), a one-time Pet Security Deposit ($250 per unit), a one-time Non-Refundable Pet Charge ($250 per unit), and a monthly Pet Fee ($40 to $60). Utilities included in base rent: none.
