Property
Looked great, clean, a very good space for one person. No washer and dyer, which makes sense, but that's the only downside to the place.

Property
This property is in extremely poor condition, is not worth 700. You couldn't be any closer to the train tracks, which is ok, but that on top of a pest issue is ridiculous, including insects and rats or mice. The managing company also decided to just stop communicating with me.
