Management
Altitude on Fifth posted that they have 5 1-bed units available for $943/month. When I got there to take a tour, they told me there was only 1 unit available, and that the $943/month is for income-restriction qualified people only, and the market price of $1,150/month was just above what I can pay. If they had included this detail on the Zillow post, I wouldn't have wasted the time to make and appointment and drive down there to take a tour of an apartment I can't afford. I've learned my lesson to call and make sure the listed price is accurate, but there should be a rule that when posting an available unit that it must mark both the income-restriction price and the market price clearly.
