It has AIR-CONDITIONING and IN-UNIT LAUNDRY! It has a PRIVATE GARAGE (with remote control access, and room for storage AND an EV charger!) PLUS an additional assigned off-street PARKING SPACE (that is not in front of the garage, so you can come and go like adults :) Which is HUGE if you are living 4 blocks to the ocean and 4 blocks to the bay!) and it also has 2 LARGE PATIOS (for your exclusive use. 1 facing South, that gets the sun most of the day, and 1 on the North side, off the kitchen and dining room, for outdoor dining and lounging, after a long day). It has been remodeled with the modern look and convenience of wood flooring, in the main living area, with tile in the kitchen and both baths, and carpet in the bedrooms, plus. . . it has a marble, real wood burning FIREPLACE, in the very large living room (that will fit 2 full sized couches, a huge TV, and more!)
