This neighborhood is great for walking and exploring. 2nd bedroom has own entry. Our available unit should be ready for move-in by end of mid-September. The front door opens up into a large living space with a decorative fireplace and built-in cabinets that provide a separation between the living & dining room, but maintain an open feel to the space. The second bedroom is located in the rear of the unit and has it's own entrance, and carpeted floors. The duplex comes with driveway parking that can fit two cars tandem. This small 4-unit complex has a shared laundry room and is designated a Non-Smoking/No Vaping/No e-cigarette property. Resident pays all utilities.
