Pet Policy:
Loma Palisades is a pet-friendly community. Each apartment home may have a maximum of two pets per apartment. Dog Breed Restriction List, including but not limited to Akita, Bedlington Terrier, Chow Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Karelian Bear Dog, Mastiff/Douge de Borduex/Fila, Pit Bull/American Staffordshire Terrier, Presa Canario (Canary dog) Rhodesian Ridgeback, Rottweiler, Shiba Inu. Reptiles or exotic pets are not allowed. Security pet deposit in the amount of $400 per pet for a 2 bedroom unit and $500 per pet for a 3 bedroom unit will be required, in addition to a pet fee of $50 per pet.
