It is two blocks south of Chestnut and Van Ness where the Marina express bus makes its last stop on the way to downtown. Many of the tech shuttles pick up near here. So parking is available if you need it ($350). The new foundation created to accommodate the parking has a full seismic upgrade to strengthen the building. I do not take pets and the building is non-smoking. No exceptions.
