Management
The manager was professional and helpful. He spent quality time explaining the rental process as well as the local neighboring area.

Property
Considering it’s an old building the looks are understandable. The studio was clean and surroundings were quiet. I had no expectations so all was acceptable, Juan, the manager, was so helpful and professionally approachable. Transportation was available and onsite laundry is great. Also, security and coded front door are appreciated.
