She was very welcome to me. However, I wanna some tour to some facilities in the apartment.

The complex looks nothing like the pictures. We were very disappointed. Complex is run down. Apartment was nasty- smelly, very old fixtures, windows and screens needed repairs, etc.
Management
The agent stated she was filling in for someone. She was rude when I asked same question again so I could write it down. Wasn't very interested in what we had to say after we expressed our disappointment with the unit.
