Please note there is a fireplace, but it is not for use and there is a front street parking spot and use of driveway will be coronated with the back unit. Pet lovers will appreciate that one cat or a small dog is allowed. The unit's prime location is another major plus. It's just a short walk to the beach, perfect for those who enjoy seaside activities, and also near Shoreline Middle School and local restaurants.
