Built in 1928, Boylston Manor is nestled in an ideal, highly desirable north slope of Capitol Hill. The building consists of just eleven apartment homes, all of which are 1-bedroom. The apartments feature spacious floor plans with original hardwood floors, ample closet space, and quaint kitchens with a small dining area. Additional on-site storage spaces are available. In order to recognize, preserve and protect the significant assets of the Harvard-Belmont area, residents initiated the process by which their neighborhood became a preservation district, and the Harvard-Belmont Landmark District was approved for designation in 1980.
