There are lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance including: Serafina, Armistice Coffee and Zoo Tavern to name a few. Catch the number 70 Metro Bus line which runs every 15 minutes towards downtown or north toward the U. District. This area has a walk score of 88! Unit 5 is situated on the Southwest corner of the building and receives transcendent natural light. There are hardwood floors throughout and a lovely picture window in the kitchen. There is a $75 monthly utility for water/sewer/garbage. At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the refundable $1000 security deposit upon approval.
