Our small, quiet community has plenty of street parking and an on-site shared kitchen and laundry room. These thoughtfully designed compact studios maximize every inch of space, providing an efficient and functional layout. Many units have spacious lofts with a fridge, microwave, sink, counter space, and plenty of cabinet space. Other amenities include a communal kitchen that is fully equipped with an oven, stovetop, sink, and an in-building washer and dryer. We are within walking distance of several stores and restaurants, and with the Rapid Ride bus just around the corner, getting to downtown Seattle is a breeze. The area is known for its lush natural beauty and abundant opportunities for outdoor recreation. Residents enjoy access to the scenic West Seattle Golf Course, Longfellow Creek, Delridge Playfield, and Puget Park.
