Screening fee of $25/each adult. Refundable deposit of $1799. Non-refundable admin fee $199.90 (includes the $25/person screening fee).
Lease duration offered: 12 months lease.
Resident pays for water/sewer, electricity and garbage. Cats are welcome with pet deposit, but no dogs please. No smoking on the premises or in the apartment home. Free off-street parking.
Steps to apply and charges:
1. Submit a fully signed Agreement to Enter into Lease
2. Screening fee of $25 per resident due online at time of application (all residents must be screened).
3. Holding fee $499.75 (which becomes part of the total Security Deposit of $1799.10 upon lease start date). Holding fee is not refundable if applicant cancels move in for any reason.
4. Security Deposit and Pet Deposit are refundable.
5. Paystubs for the last 30 days. Proof of income needs to be verifiable, and it is required to be a minimum 3x the rent amount. Landlord's reference should be positive. No evictions, non-compliance with your community rules, and no $ owing to the landlord.
6. Credit score required 650 minimum. Score 650-680 requires deposit of last month's rent.

8. Due by the lease start date: Prorated rent amount (TBD based on your lease start date); The remainder of Security Deposit (Refundable) $1299.35. The non-refundable admin fee of $199.90 (minus the $25/person screening fee which you pay at time of application online), pet deposit (refundable) $499.75 (1 cat only, no dogs), and a copy of your Renter's Liability Insurance for the unit you are moving in citing "Green Lake 5" as "Additionally Insured" with a coverage of $100,000 minimum. Please see attached Renter's Liability Insurance requirements.
9. The resident pays Utility Systems for their water/sewer and trash service. The resident pays Seattle Light for electricity.
