We are offering this gorgeous 2 bedroom villa on a 12 month Lease Term. At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the$1000 refundable security deposit upon approval. This building is no smoking and cats and dogs are allowed. There is a $35 per month charge for pet rent.
