Property
Fireplace, nice balcony views, in unit laundry. Good cabinet and pantry storage in kitchen. Large bathroom and good sized bedroom. A little concerned about traffic noise as bedroom is close to the highway, but the building seems decently insulated. Kitchen cabinets were a bit scuffed up. Stairwells were a little confusing to figure out. There were Amazon packages left outside and visible off the Aurora entrance, and a handwritten sign next to the indoor mailboxes seem to indicate mail theft is common, though a property manager later stated that was before they took over management of the building.
