Monthly Parking and Storage Locker: $100.00 to park inside the garage with remote. $50.00 to park in the covered carport $40.00 Locker There is a $100.00 security deposit for parking garage remote. Unit #34 Applying online does not obligate you to rent the room nor does it guarantee the room. For an application to be considered complete, a driver's license, paystubs to prove income, as well as a holding deposit is required. Also any other applicants over 18 must apply separately.
