Property

I found the home sub standard in appearance. No carpet to be found which gave the apartment less than a cozy feeling. For that the asking rent was too high. Great location. Will definitely keep the rain off your back.

Management

The manager seemed ok. He was neither above oar or below. All my questions were to my satisfaction. I feel he could have made a better impression. Did not make me feel like I would want to live there.
