The property is extremely well maintained. They have plenty of amenities like a pool and fitness center. The units are a little older and dated and based on the population that lives in the complex the units can have a food odor which I noticed during the tour. Also the package drop off area when I entered was a sea of packages just hanging out after a locked door so not super secure. The unit was a little date and older looking and seemed overpriced for the market around $1600 something for a studio. That is the main reason I did not move forward was the price and the older style of the units. I could get a better deal somewhere else.
