Upstairs the primary bedroom has floor to ceiling windows that gives you an amazing view in the morning and the other bedroom although smaller is a descent size. ~Water, garbage, electric and internet are included up to $400/per month anything above that would be tenant responsibility. Pets considered on case by case basis! We are looking for tenants who can afford the rent with no negative rental of criminal history, credit score needs to be a 700 or higher with stable employment.applications are $55/adult living in the home.
