Property
The units themselves were amazing, tons of closet space, new floors, new casework, new appliances. They said they are planning on fencing in the complex though I'm not sure how long that construction will take, that is the only reason I would rate 4-stars instead of 5.

Property
The inside renovations are beautiful, a little small, and could use an updating on the outside but the owner/manager was great!

Tree-lined Craftsman blocks meet new apartments; weekends revolve around the South Perry farmers market, The Shop coffee, Perry Street Brewing, South Perry Pizza, and The Grain Shed. Groceries are close at Fred Meyer (Thor/Freya) and Grocery Outlet on 3rd, with local gyms and yoga studios nearby.
