This unit has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The guest bedroom does not have a closet. It boasts refinished kitchens with stainless steel appliances, including a range/oven, garbage disposal, dishwasher and built-in microwave, quartz countertops, and updated bathrooms. Onsite, you will find access to a common, free laundry room that is shared with only three other units, optional secured garage parking, free surface parking, and optional onsite storage. This is a pet friendly property. If you have a pet, there is a one-time, non-refundable fee of $350 and a monthly pet-rent charge of $50. The rent range for this unit is $1,790-$1,990. A security deposit equal to one month's rent is collected at lease-signing. The charges for water, sewer, garbage, and heat are based on usage and the estimated total monthly cost is $200.
