She was late to the appointment and not friendly at all.

Property
The property wants $325 in the form of a money order or cashiers check just to run your credit. It does not get put towards your deposit or anything. Very disappointing. Also, the space that I toured and the building itself is not very well kept up and for them to charge this much just to run a credit check is ridiculous.
