Renovated by San Francisco developer, Mike Bartlett, of Horizon Partners Northwest, this 8-story structure sits in a prime location on Pacific Avenue in downtown Tacoma. The goal for the lofts design was to preserve and restore certain aesthetic components of the building such as the 100+ year old Douglas fir floors, the timber columns and beams seen throughout the building, and the exposed masonry work reflective of the warehouse district.
