Being that I was paying my family to rent there place and didn’t have a contract they could not use that as rental history which I paid every month the only reason that I’m looking for a place is because the family is looking to sell being they are moving out of state. I think it’s funny that I could have lied but chose to be honest unreal but on the positive note the lady that I spoke too was very helpful she could feel my frustration and tried to provide comfort in helping me. Hello, I want to thank you for your review. We always strive to do our best. While our screening requirements are at times viewed as a challenge, the screening company does require arms-length rental agreements when family or friends are the Landlords in question. It is always recommended to get all rental agreements in writing - the Washington Lease Agreement is the best one to use. May success lead your way to find your new home.
