Management
Very friendly, understanding of my needs and concerns. Provided all details. Staff is really nice and hardworking you can tell. So State of Florida housing give them the money they need for necessary updates and pay raises.

Property
Apparently the previous tent moved out one month ago and you could still smell the smoke in the walls. Cabinets and counters in need of updating. Upgrades needed on all around the apartment. Trash in the middle of the hallways. Neigbor's downstairs has a dog, who was left to its own devices to pee anywhere. I'm a pet lover but that's just not right. Just because this is an income restricted property shouldn't mean people should live less than as comfortable as the market priced complexes.
