Southsider Apartments is located in the quiet neighborhood of Port Tampa in Tampa, Florida. Our spacious two bedroom apartments feature a brand new kitchen with granite countertops and updated cabinetry, a large living room, a full sized washer and dryer, large closets in both bedrooms, and an updated bathroom with a new vanity and tub to ceiling tile in the shower. In the center of our community we have a large courtyard space perfect for enjoying the Florida sunshine. Each resident is given one (1) reserved parking space for their apartment, and all other vehicles must park on the street. Our apartments are currently offered at $1650 monthly for rent plus a $100 utility fee which covers all water, sewer, and trash usage.
