Great communication. Explained I wouldn't pass the pages of requirements (perfect everything) in advance and told me not to waste my time. Appreciated being told I wasn't a fit upfront since looking at places as an imperfect human being can be difficult. Some people might think this is against the Fair Housing Act or a kind of discrimination, but I actually have learned to respect the Property Managers desires. May they all get people with perfect credit scores, three years of income (even during the pandemic) and the first-borns of all our ancestors. They deserve it for owning a property. Really, top notch people.
