    Welcome to the Woods of Terra Springs! We are located in the northern part of Volo, Illinois right off of Illinois Route 12. Terra Springs is right next to shopping and close to restaurants. All of our apartments have large bedrooms and kitchens with plenty of cabinet space. The Terra Springs units include full size Washer and Dryer, dishwasher, Wifi accessible air conditioners and preset modems that can be activated with one simple call. Once you are here, you will have access to our year round indoor pool and fitness center. Terra Springs also has 24 hour emergency maintenance and quick turn around for non-emergency work orders. We hope to see you soon where you can make coming home the best part of your day!

    They very quickly help me contact them person to person by face to face, e-mail person to person all the questions & needs I have. They take the time for all my questions. Very beautiful & convenient apartment company & complex. They think of an accommodated for the real world important living needs & expenses. I'm very impressed, thankful & grateful for this family owned housing complex. They tell you straight out all the details of everything & they are very thorough & no hidden details things we need to know up front to be considered for each of the apartment choices. It helps us clearly discern the best option for each families needs. They run the management how it should be done for the ones in search of a new affordable beautiful home.
