The apartment will be available as of Friday, September 5th, and we can start a lease any time between September 5th and Sept 15th (flexible start date). We can conduct in-person or virtual tours most weekdays between 8:30am and 4pm. Walkable to H Street, Whole Foods, and lots of great restaurants and nightlife. Owner managed, on-site laundry, We show, by appointment, Monday-Friday between 9am and 4pm. Sorry, no dogs (cats ok), most apartments are unfurnished, but ask about options for furnished and/or short term rentals (minimum of three months).
