Applicants must pass a background and residential history check.
Must demonstrate verifiable income of at least 2.5x the rent OR provide an approved alternative source of rental assistance or a qualified Co-Signer.
Applicants must have a credit score of at least 600 OR provide an alternative qualification such as a co-signer or proof of financial stability. We comply with Washington's Fair Tenant Screening Act (RCW 59.18.257) and provide screening disclosures before application.

Minimum lease term required. Early termination fees may apply.
A $150 administrative fee is due at move-in.
The $25/month Tenant Benefit Package is required for all residents and includes liability coverage.
$50 monthly utility fee added onto rent.
Security deposit is equal to one month's rent and will be due at lease signing.
First month's rent is due the day prior to the lease start date.
If the lease does not start on the 1st of the month, rent due at move-in will be pro-rated.
