     Management

    I dealt with two of them. I had to visit the location three times. First for the tour. Then to turn in pay stubs. Then finally to turn in bank statements. That was on a Monday. The next day, Tuesday, I was allowed to make a payment for my apartment. Then I was told I needed a cosigner. I let them know that wasn't going to happen. The next day, Wednesday, I called them to see what was going on. I did not receive a return call. The next day, Thursday, my lawyer contacted them to request a refund on my behalf. They told my lawyer they would need that in writing. I will not be renting an apartment from The Point.

    Not bad. The layout is nice. They have amenities that they are in the process of improving.
