Maryvale Apartments

Maryvale Apartments is located on six acres of beautifully landscaped grounds on the southwestern boundaries of Saint Mary of the Woods campus. Saint Mary of the Woods is one of the loveliest areas of the county with its acres of trees, majestic architecture, and peaceful surroundings. The grounds of Maryvale and the College campus offer an environment of serenity as well as a secure area for walking and relaxing. To qualify for Maryvale, the applicant must be 62 years of age or older. A small number of persons under 62 years of age who are disabled or handicapped as defined by the Social Security Act also qualify. All applicants must be within the income limits found on the insert within the application.
