Facilities were clean and management is making many improvements. Tour was very helpful and answered all of my questions

While the inside of the unit looked fine, was concerned of how worn/old/smelly the hallway was. Shared laundry on-site but too many units sharing only a couple of washers & dryers. Parking already appeared to be a mess as my visit was sometime after lunch and there were a ton of cars in the parking lot. That alone was not a good either.
