The leases go month to month after the initial 3 month lease. These particular studio style rooms have a small kitchenette that includes a fridge, oven, and microwave. Pets are typically not allowed but are considered on a case by case basis. If approved, a pet addendum and pet fee will also be required. For many of the available rooms , there isn't a good place to walk your pet on the property. However some rooms have a backdoor to a grassy area.
