This 2 bedroom, 1 bath duplex apartment has electric baseboard heat, a wall a/c unit, with new carpet and luxury vinyl plank flooring and washer/dryer connections. Stove and refrigerator are included in the monthly rent. You may come to our office between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. to check out a key. We require a refundable $10.00 deposit per key, cash only, and a photocopy of a government issued ID. You will have 24 hours to return keys checked out Monday-Thursday, any keys checked out on Friday must be checked out before 4 p.m. and be returned by 5 p.m. on the same day. We conditionally allow pets with a onetime non-refundable pet fee, dog breed must be approved. Apartments have a 20 LB weight restriction on pets.
