     Property

    Property beautiful! Apartment was clean and comfortable. Garage and storage place underground which is a big plus. The negatives were the dirty carpet and smell in the hy allway. Smell probablo y due to the garbage shute. 1st floor deck was a small slab with only a couple inches between own and neighbors slab. No seperation or privacy. Also deck was outside of the bedroom, not livingroom. I woukd not want to take guests thru the bedroom to sit outside. Upper decks also very small and no privacy. Price quoted was guarenteed for only the same day as viewing. If not taken that day, new cost would increase almost 15%. I would have given 5 stars for the grounds and shared spaces, this was brought down to 3 because of the items listed.

    They were professional and nice. They answered my questions on ongoing maintenance of apartment.
