Unwind in the cozy and welcoming living area, featuring plush seating and a Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows. Large windows bring in natural light and views of the surrounding forest and brook. Prepare home-cooked meals in the modern, fully stocked kitchen, complete with a coffee bar and all the essentials. Gather at the dining table or take your meal out to the deck for al fresco dining beside the brook. Each bedroom is designed for rest and recharge with high-quality mattresses, soft linens, and thoughtful touches like USB chargers and ample storage. Two rooms are equipped with desks and external monitorsperfect for remote work. There is a pet fee of $100 each for a maximum of 2 dogs, preferably aged 2 years and above. All dogs left unattended must be crated. Parking is limited to three vehicles. Steps from Keene Center shops and dining, 1.2 miles to Hurricane Mountain trailhead, 7.5 miles to the Garden Trailhead (access to the Great Range), 9 miles to Chapel Pond and climbing areas, 13 miles to Lake Placid, and 16 miles to Whiteface Mountain. Guests will have the entire home to themselves. Minimum booking age is 25. Guests are required to sign the property rental agreement, which includes the house rules. No cats are allowed under any circumstances. There is a pet fee of $100 each for dogs. All dogs left unattended must be crated.
