Close (3 min) to gym, golf course and walking/biking trail. The condo has warmth (light/sunny) and personality with hardwood bamboo floors and oriental rugs. (Carpet in bedroom.) The living room has traditional furniture and a fireplace (electric) providing not only ambiance but heat on chilly days. Large sliders from the living room provide access to a small balcony as well as to light and sun. The classic design includes a new kitchen with stainless steel appliances (stove, refrigerator, dishwasher (Borshe), garbage disposal), and renovated bathroom. There is a full-size Sleep Number Bed - zzz! Adequate storage in the bedroom is provided by a full-size closet, armoire, and under the platform bed. The desk (electric, standing) area in the bedroom serves as a convenient workspace. This is a secure building with limited access. Quiet, safe environment in a secure building; key necessary to enter building. Rent includes water, parking, snow removal, garbage collection, w/d in basement, standard kitchenware, iron/ironing board (does anyone still use this anymore?), vacuum cleaner, mop/s broom, etc for cleaning and linens (mattress cover, pillows, sheets, blankets, duvet, and towels) as well as WIFI/internet with TV/Roku (Amazon Prime, Netflix, YouTube). Electricity is not included and is the tenant's responsibility due monthly. This is an older condo complex, third floor, corner unit in a secure building; private, quiet (very), sunlit unit but no elevator. Sorry, NO PETS allowed (allergies). The first month ($1,500) and security deposit ($750) are due upon signing of lease. Total $2,250 to move in! There is a nonrefundable $200 cleaning fee in the security deposit. Subsequently, the lease is less than one year, that is, from November 1st (an earlier move-in date is possible) thru May 31 (a later date till June 30 is negotiable). This is a NO smoking unit! I love animals but unfortunately I have no pets and pets are not allowed due to allergies. Parking for cars is available throughout the parking area. You will need to remove your vehicle following a snowstorm so the plow can came through and clear your space. Washer and dryers are available in the basement for tenants.
