It includes a 65 inch Smart TV, bedroom set with a queen size bed, sectional couch and coffee table for the living room, dining room set, fully stocked kitchen, full bathroom with shower only, washer and dryer in its own space with additional storage space including a large safe. 1 electric fireplace, main heating by pellet stove, as well as on site parking. We are centrally located within a 10 mile radius of 3 major ski resorts (Stratton, Bromley, Magic), as well as the popular West River Trail. We are also walking distance to one of Vermonts top restaurants SoLo. In addition, you will have a small market located beneath your unit that serves breakfast and lunch 6 days a week called The Corner Store. All utilities along with high speed Wifi are included in the rental price. No smoking of any kind, no parties as this building is shared with other tenants. Only 1 parking space on premise if another is needed it will be off premises. Lease will be for 12 months but can be rented for $3000 a month for seasonal renters. Tenant will be responsible for their own snow removal of their parking space. Any overnight guests exceeding 1 week must be approved by Landlord. A background check will be needed.
