The living room was open, sunny, and inviting. Floors looked well maintained, and one room had all new flooring. Kitchen was on the smaller side but with lots of storage. Appliances were nice and countertops seemed new. No signs of damage to walls or windows. The bathroom was very small and in need of updating - sink top looked dingy, some cracked or old seeming tiles, tub fixtures seemed in okay state but not up to date. Would definitely want to view again with some clean up and minor updates to the bathroom, or an agreement that work would be done in that space, as the rest of the apartment was nice.
