    Welcome to the Good Times Chalet, a spacious 4-bedroom retreat with a loft and bunk room, nestled in the desirable Knights Hill Community on Moose Pond in Bridgton. This charming home accommodates up to 19 guests, making it perfect for large families or groups. Enjoy the cozy great room with a large flat-screen TV, cable, and internet, and feel at home in this inviting space. The chalet features a well-stocked kitchen and a sitting area off the kitchen with a wood-burning fireplace. Entertainment options abound with a pool table, air hockey table, dart board, yard games, and a fire pit. Two 2-person kayaks are available for use, though guests should bring their own life jackets. A private mooring is available during the boating season, adding to the allure of this private property. Dogs are considered with a $125 pet fee. Linens and towels are not provided but are available to rent at our office. Located in the family-friendly Knights Hill Community, guests have access to a lovely beach area, including a pet-friendly waterfront, two tennis courts, and pristine adult and kiddie pools. The property is conveniently situated just minutes from Shawnee Peak and an hour from Sunday River, offering excellent skiing opportunities. Snowmobile trails and ice fishing are practically at your doorstep. The waterfront area is less than a mile away on Moose Pond, and the property offers a nice level lot around the cottage. The chalet is equipped with a drilled well, cable and Wi-Fi, a wood-burning fireplace, ceiling fans, a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, and a coffee maker (drip). A laptop computer is not included.
