There is a family room on the lower level with a full size fold out futon and mattress topper. The lower room has a small wardrobe, a desk, and two small cabinets, plus lower deck and garage access. There is a fantastic rain shower bathroom on that level too with the washer and dryer. Garage for one car. Private parking spot in front of garage. Shared parking lot (reserved for community) and public street parking are also available. It's: Right at the Beach! Beach is BEAUTIFUL! Gorgeous views!
