For an additional fee, daily housekeeping services are available upon your request. Pets are allowed at an additional $130 plus tax fee. The guest must inform about the pet right after the reservation and only one pet per unit is allowed. All dogs must remain on the leash while in public spaces and the pet owner must pick up all waste. Dogs must not exhibit excessive barking or other disturbing behaviors. The pet owner is responsible for all damages to the property. Any violation of the policy will incur a $500 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to clean the unit. Just a few blocks from the Light Rail Station, this bungalow is close to all charming hot spots, including Optimist Hall, great new breweries, boutiques, restaurants, and Cordelia Park. The property is in the heart of Belmont and NoDa area, steps to Light Rail Station and Cordelia Park, and a short ride to Downtown Charlotte. Nearby attractions include the NASCAR Hall of Fame, The Billy Graham Library, BB&T Ballpark, Discovery Place, Carolinas Aviation Museum, Hendrick Motorsports Complex, and DefyGravity Charlotte. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation and a State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. There is a security camera on the property. No parties or excessive noise are allowed, and guests agree to observe quiet hours between 9 pm and 8 am. No smoking of any kind is permitted in the unit and on the property. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $300 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove the smoke odor.
